Toss sportz eventz, a Chennai based sports events company, successfully organized “Corporate Pink Pong – 2013“, an inter-corporate women’s table tennis event.” Corporate Pink Pong is the Second event of FSS [femme sporting series], a series of sporting events for the women targeting the school, college and the corporate audience. The main aim of the initiative is to promote sporting participation among women.
Speaking on the initiative, M.Rajalingam, founder-director of “Toss sportz eventz” said, “We are happy that “Corporate Pink Pong – 2013“, an inter-corporate women’s table tennis event happened successfully. We will be further organizing events in the categories of badminton, basketball, swimming and also football. “Femme sporting series” will be providing a series of weekend sporting events targeting female players of corporate, school and college audience.”
The Tournament happened with great enthusiasm as players from companies like Cognizant, Accenture, Syntel & Logica-CGI participated in the tournament.
The tournament played on February 17th, 2013 in Chennai. The event was held in a knockout format.
Swetha Khatri (Syntel) clinched the singles table tennis titles in the Corporate Pink Pong – 2013, an inter corporate women’s table tennis event held on 17th February, 2013 in Chennai. The women’s doubles trophy was taken home by Ayshwarya.T and Sonali Singh of Cognizant.
Sindhu Madhivanan of CGI-Logica came runner-up in both singles and doubles partnering Shraddha Singh CGI-Logica.
M.Rajalingam also said “Another aspect behind the corporate events is that they serve as the ideal platform for the busy executives to relive their school and college days. The tournament was able to create a stress free environment for relaxed interaction away from the pressures of work place and in the process has led to team building and camaraderie within the employees of the companies.”

toss announces Corporate Pink Pong, second event of FSS
Toss, is happy to announce “Corporate Pink Pong”, an inter-corporate table tennis event featuring singles and doubles categories.
The event is a part of the FSS [Femme Sporting Series] that was recently launched by the company. FSS is a series of sporting events for the women, targeting the school, college and the corporate audience. The main aim of the initiative is to promote sporting participation among women.
Speaking on the event, M.Rajalingam, founder-director of “toss” said: “’Corporate pink pong’ will be the second event as a part of the femme sporting series initiative. The response for our initial event “corporate chucks” was really good, and we are sure that this initiative will be a great success.”
The event will be held on February 17, 2013. Players from the top corporate houses in Chennai like Accenture, Cognizant and Syntel will be fighting for glory.
There will be further events for badminton, basketball, swimming and football.
M.Rajalingam also added: “We believe that this event, apart from promoting the sporting participation among women, will also serve as an ideal platform for the busy executives to relive their school and college days. league cum knockout tournament where each team would play against each other once in the league.

The top 2 teams from each group qualified for the semi-finals which happened in the knock out format. Cognizant-A and Dimensions Fitness contested against each other for the trophy, with Cognizant-A Clinching the “toss Corporate chucks trophy”. Dimensions fitness bagged the runners-up trophy while Cognizant-B took home the trophy for the third place. The event also had a best player award.
